GET INVOLVED
Many of our members come primarily to worship or for the community. We welcome people to help in worship as liturgists or readers, with collecting offering, or passing out hymnals. We also are grateful to musicians, teachers, and others who offer their talents. The fellowship time or coffee hour after church is a great way to meet people. If there are specific ways you’d be interested in serving, feel free to contact Mary Reyes or Father Herb.
The Taiwanese congregation has long hosted a mix of social service and outreach programs and is also home to an energetic, historic kindergarten. In the English congregation we have also hosted other outreach including offering an English class for seniors, doing beach cleanups, donating to needs in the community, or encouraging members’ ministries. We sometimes offer retreats or other special events. Father Herb has been part of an annual Allied Remembrance Service at Jinguanshi.
